1. Order Processing Time

All standard orders are processed and dispatched within **1 to 2 business days** from the date the order is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We deliver orders across India through leading e-commerce courier partners. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

3. Delivery Charges

Our shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total order value:

• Orders below ₹499: Flat delivery charge of ₹60.
• Orders ₹499 and above: FREE Delivery across India.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking ID and details of our logistics partner. You can track your shipment in real-time under the My Orders section of our website.

5. Delivery Failures & Address Changes

If our delivery partner is unable to contact you or deliver the package after three attempts, the shipment will be returned to the vendor. To request an address change before dispatch, please contact us immediately at our support email.
